NBNet

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NBNet services.

Effective date: September 20, 2026

1. Service Description

NBNet provides internet connectivity and related network services, including subscription access, proxy connectivity, network acceleration, and related technical services.

Because internet routes, carriers, data centers, software, and third-party services can change or fail, NBNet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular speed or latency, permanent availability of any specific node, or suitability for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and Account

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your account credentials, subscription links, and other authentication information secure.

Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, publicly shared, or used to facilitate unauthorized resale of NBNet services.

3. Subscription and Billing

Plans are provided according to the price, validity period, traffic allowance, device limits, and other conditions displayed at purchase.

Unless a plan page states otherwise, unused traffic does not automatically carry over after expiration and plan balances are not necessarily transferable or combinable.

Where automatic renewal is offered, it only applies after you enable it. You may disable automatic renewal through the available account controls.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use NBNet in compliance with applicable laws and must not use the service to:

5. Fair Use and Resource Protection

NBNet may apply reasonable traffic, concurrency, rate, or access limits when an account materially affects service stability or other customers.

Where appropriate, NBNet may limit, suspend, or terminate service in response to abuse, security incidents, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.

6. Nodes and Network Changes

Nodes, IP addresses, domains, routes, data centers, and upstream providers may be changed, migrated, replaced, or discontinued because of maintenance, capacity, network conditions, cost, abuse, or third-party requirements.

NBNet does not guarantee permanent availability of a specific country, city, IP address, route, provider, or server.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

Service may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, hardware failure, carrier outages, routing problems, attacks, DNS issues, third-party failures, or other events outside reasonable control.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when reasonably practicable.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the NBNet Refund Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout.

Technical issues caused solely by a user's own device, local network, operating environment, configuration, or carrier do not automatically create a refund right.

9. Suspension and Termination

NBNet may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of material violations, abuse, fraud, security risks, unauthorized resale, or lawful requests.

For serious or ongoing abuse, action may be taken without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Services

NBNet may depend on third-party data centers, carriers, payment processors, domain providers, software, and other infrastructure. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect availability.

11. Privacy

NBNet handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NBNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from outages, third-party failures, user configuration, or prohibited use.

NBNet does not promise absolute anonymity, absolute privacy, or that every connection is free from security or availability risks.

13. Intellectual Property

NBNet branding, website content, software, interfaces, and other materials are owned by NBNet or their respective rights holders and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without authorization.

14. Changes to These Terms

NBNet may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published with a new effective date when applicable.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to this service shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
